I had mixed feelings during my stay at Holiday Inn Express Edmonton Downtown. The check-in process was quick and friendly. however, my room left much to be desired. While the bed and sheets were comfortable, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing, particularly in the pool area. The breakfast options were impressive, making for a decent start to my day.
